Simply register for a free 30-day trial — no credit card required. Once registered, you can create your first project and invite your team immediately. Our onboarding support team will reach out to help you get set up.

At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe to the Standard Plan at $50/user/pm (minimum 2 users) or contact us about an Enterprise plan. Your data is safely retained and you won't be charged automatically.

From your account settings you can invite team members by email. Each additional user requires a licence. Admins can manage user permissions, roles, and access levels from the Users section of the dashboard.

Project migration assistance is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact sales@projecttracker.au and our team will scope the migration with you.

You can manage your subscription from the Account Settings page. To cancel, navigate to Billing and follow the steps. If you're having trouble, email support@projecttracker.au and we'll assist immediately.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We perform regular automated backups and our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers. For compliance questions, contact support@projecttracker.au.
